Return Eligibility
You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will gladly accept the return regardless of its condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at buy@swiprise.com. In your email, include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank's processing time.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not process direct exchanges at this time.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are not eligible for a return or refund. These include gift cards, downloadable products, and any items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase. Please check the product description carefully before completing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at buy@swiprise.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product at no additional cost to you. Upon receiving the returned item, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
Refund Exceptions
Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning a defective or incorrect item. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Lost Returns
Swiprise is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. We suggest that you pack your return carefully and use a reliable shipping method to ensure it arrives in good condition.
