Please keep in mind that the delivery times quoted are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to potential delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or postal carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and keep you informed along the way.
In some cases, items may be shipped separately if they come from different warehouses or if there are delays with one part of your order. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for items shipped separately.
We are not responsible for any shipping issues that occur after the carrier has taken possession of the package. If you experience any problems with delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, but additional shipping charges may apply.
